One of the things that excites me the most about this job is meeting new people from completely different places. I am very happy that on my way I came across Asia and Bartek. This is a great harmonious duo with a great distance to each other and to life.
I came to the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza the day before for their wedding. The first thing that caught my attention was a Suzuki Grand Vitara 4×4 rally car parked in front of their building. All in various stickers and decorated with flowers. I already knew that it would be a very interesting couple with interesting taste.
“I’m not going back today, I’m not turning back.” – said Bartek, sticking the “Just Married” sticker on half of the rear window.
And so it was. They only looked ahead. It was one of the coolest weddings this season. There was some stress, some surprises and lots and lots of laughs. I greatly appreciated their commitment to every detail. They even prepared a Roomba that dusted off broken glasses after a toast! And the first dance? True virtuosity for the piece “Love Survivors”.
Our story didn’t end with the wedding itself. We culminated everything with one more meeting in the center of Poland. Namely, in the Romantic Park in Arkadia near Łowicz, where we made recordings in a beautiful outdoors.
It seemed that we were only there for a moment, but almost the whole day flew by. Old buildings and ruins from the 18th century combined with the blooming nature made a great impression. If any of you are looking for a place for outdoors, I highly recommend this garden and the areas around.
We mainly improvised it all. Every frame was beautiful. Bartek and Asia were just themselves and that was enough. The only obstacle was the bloodthirsty mosquitoes that cut us like crazy. The closer it got to this mythical golden hour, the meaner they got.
