I did it again! Only better! This time, I won six awards in the annual WEVSY film competition!
WEVSY is the largest association of wedding filmmakers from around the world. They organize a competition every year, which includes various categories, so you could say it’s like the Oscars for wedding filmmakers.
This is a significant improvement, because compared to last year’s edition, I won one more award this time. And there were also a lot of first places!
The film that garnered an incredible amount of recognition in the Polish category was “Ti Amo” of Dominika and Wojtek. I’m really excited because I had a lot of fun working on it, and I remember making some pretty risky decisions while editing it.
In the end, it paid off, and I’m very happy that juries from all over Europe recognized this film.
"The best editing in Poland"
- 1st place
"The best wedding highlight in Poland"
- 1st place
"The best sound in Poland"
- 1st place
"The best wedding filmmaker in Poland"
- 2nd place
In addition, I managed to win two honorable mentions in the People’s Choice categories, where viewers vote. I posted about the vote, and many of you left a heart there, for which I’m very grateful!
I managed to win second place in the international category for the film The Spice From Portugal and third place for the film Vote of Confidence in the Polish category.
"People Choice - International"
- 2nd place
"People Choice - Poland"
- 3rd place
Huge congratulations to the other winners and honorable mentions!
Thank you for the awards and all the congratulations.
I also thank my newlyweds, because thanks to you, I can do what I truly love. Without these wonderful people, these films wouldn’t exist.
See you on the trail! 😀
